This market was designed by consumers and small farmers alike to allow local small farmers a year round venue serving our community with shelf stable and value added foods allowing for a more consistent income for farmers and ranchers and high quality produce and meats for local consumers This has all been possible due to dedicated volunteers in collaboration with our local food bank. Our primary challenge has been the start up costs of opening our market. If you have suggestions on ways we and other markets like ours can access resources for this kind of start up we would be very grateful. Thank you for what you folks are doing to support local food producers.
