Congress should make sure the USDA redirect this funding back into the 2501 program. Black farmers and ranchers have historically been overlooked and not had equal access to information to take advantage of USDA programs. These efforts has been in existence since slavery in underserved rural communities. We hope the Biden-Harris administration will correct and consider more funding for the 2501 Grant Program.
