Congressional Research Service Farm Bill Online Resources<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Congressional Research Service (CRS) periodically publishes reports on various Farm Bill topics. This <a href=\"https:\/\/crsreports.congress.gov\/product\/pdf\/R\/R45525\">report<\/a> contains a summary and side-by side comparison of the new Farm Bill with previous legislation, and this <a href=\"https:\/\/crsreports.congress.gov\/product\/pdf\/IF\/IF11126\">report<\/a> includes a short two-page summary on some key changes made in the 2018 Farm Bill and historical trends, as well as its estimated cost. For a quick reference guide on leading policies and programs within each title of the bill, refer to this <a href=\"https:\/\/crsreports.congress.gov\/product\/pdf\/R\/R45984\">report<\/a>. Center for Effective Government<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foreffectivegov.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Center for Effective Government (CEG)<\/a>, formerly known as OMB Watch, is a leading nonpartisan independent watchdog, which champions good government reforms to achieve a more effective, accountable, open, and ethical federal government. In 2016, CEG joined the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pogo.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Project on Government Oversight (POGO)<\/a>\u00a0to continue its mission to improve access to decision-makers and energize citizen participation. Their website includes a wide range of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pogo.org\/newsletters-publications\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">publications<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pogo.org\/blog\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">blogs<\/a>, and other <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pogo.org\/our-work\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">resources<\/a>\u00a0that examine regulatory policy, federal budget, and government actions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. Federal Register<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Published by the Office of the Federal Register, National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.federalregister.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Federal Register<\/a> is the official daily publication for rules, proposed rules, and notices of Federal agencies and organizations, as well as executive orders and other presidential documents.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>9. <span style=\"color: #000000;\">Economic Research Service (USDA)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ERS is USDA\u2019s economic policy analysis agency, and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ers.usda.gov\/agriculture-improvement-act-of-2018-highlights-and-implications\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ERS website<\/a> presents highlights and some economic implications of the Farm Bill&#8217;s new programs and provisions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt 27pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
